Paul Sagan has a wealth of management experience leading visionary technology companies and media businesses. Today Mr. Sagan serves as president and CEO of Akamai having joined the company in October 1998 and Akamai Board of Directors in January 2005, and named CEO in April 2005.
Previously, Mr. Sagan served as senior advisor to the World Economic Forum from 1997 to 1998 and president and editor of new media at Time Inc. in addition to other editorial and reporting positions along the way. Mr. Sagan is a three-time Emmy Award winner for broadcast journalism and is a graduate of Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism.
