Vilna Shul Speakers’ Series: Ed Zander

Tuesday, May 27, 2008: Ed Zander will step down as the Chairman of the Board of Motorola at the end of May, a position he has held since 2004 and has served as the CEO at Motorola from 2004 through January 2008. Before coming to Motorola, Zander was with Silver Lake Partners from 2002-2004 after a successful 15-year stint at Sun Microsystems where he was Chief Operating Officer in 1998 and President in 1999. Before his tenure at Sun, Zander held executive management positions with Data General and Apollo Computer.
